3. refund periods

  • Digital products:

    • No refunds: as our products are digital goods, returns or refunds are not possible after purchase. This is because digital products can be downloaded and used immediately after purchase.

    • Exception: If the customer has not received an email with the access data to their purchased products after purchase, they can contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the problem. If this is not possible, we will offer the customer an alternative solution.

4. exceptions to the refund

The following products are excluded from refund:

  • Digital products that have already been downloaded or used

  • Custom-made products
