Schilling Glass

Assignment

A glass studio in California that brings powder glaze, made for metal, onto glass, and wanted a website that tells stories the way a gallery does.

Finding

The online shop showed exhibited pieces as interchangeable products. Each piece's story, and the artist behind it, got lost.

Measure

The demo is a solo exhibition: the artist stands at the entrance, the five bodies of work become numbered galleries, every piece gets a catalogue record, and a floor plan shows, as you scroll, where you are standing. You walk around the lamp “Tango” in three views, by drag, swipe or arrow key.
